On the recommendation of the Chair of the Prizes Committee, Senate is asked to approve the establishment of the following prizes and make a recommendation to Council.

Loughborough University Postgraduate Prize

A prize to the value of £400 may be awarded annually to a student registered on an MSc or MA programme and of outstanding all round achievement in the University, including academic achievement.

Loughborough University Postgraduate Progression Prize

A prize to the value of £400 may be awarded annually to a student registered on an MSc or MA programme who has been accepted for registration as a Loughborough University PhD student, and of outstanding all round achievement in the University, including academic achievement. The award will be payable upon registration for a Loughborough University PhD programme.
