To receive a verbal update on steps taken to improve controls from exhaust ignitions on the Combustor Nozzle Rig.

To receive a verbal update from the Deputy Health, Safety and Environmental Officer on actions taken in pursuance of the improvement notice issued by the HSE.

 

4.4       Radiation protection – Environment Agency visit and disposal of radioactive sources

            To receive a verbal update from the Radiation Protection Officer.

To receive a verbal update from the Deputy Health, Safety and Environmental Officer.
