Ursula Lockley Travel Bursary

Report from Tim Caine

Enjoying a drink at the reunion. In June this year four years of placement students from the Automotive Engineering course held a reunion with their former boss at Volkswagen in Germany. This was made possible due to the successful application for the Ursula Lockley Travel Bursary of 250.

The money paid for the current and ex-Loughborough students to travel to and locally within Germany. The engineer responsible for the students in the placement held a barbecue which was enjoyed by all. The students and acquaintances were all very excited to have had this opportunity to meet up.
