Application for PGT Degree Upgrade Approval

Process for enabling PGT Students to upgrade to higher award

This process is avaible to Postgraduate students who have graduated with a Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert) or Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip). Students upgrading to MBA from Management and Leadership Diploma/MSc should contact their department.

  1. Student approaches department for agreement to upgrade qualification.  If approved, department asks student to complete the relevant form and makes sure that the student understands the implications (as above and detailed on the form).
  2. Student signs the form and submits to department.
  3. Department sends signed form to Faculty Contact in Student Records and Examinations Office who will amend the student’s record.
