Photographs
‘Success’ are the official photographers for Loughborough University Graduation. They will be welcoming Graduates, family and friends into the photography studios, located in Victory Hall, from 8.30 am until an hour after the last ceremony. Success recommends that you use their unique pre-booking service which includes the option to book a time slot. This is available on the website (www.successphotography.com) or click here. Alternatively you can choose and make payment on the day.
Every Graduate is entitled to a free digital download of their personal presentation photograph. For more information please go to the Success website (www.successphotography.com) or click here. A photograph is automatically taken (wherever possible), of each Graduate being presented with their award on stage during the ceremony. Printed, mounted copies can be purchased either beforehand, on the day or after the event by visiting the Success website.
Please be aware that the University photographers will be taking photographs on the day of the ceremony which may be used in University publicity. Wherever possible your consent will be obtained but this may not be practical in all circumstances (i.e. crowd shots).

There are a number of other catering outlets across the campus all of which will be open as usual, including, taste@martin hall, dine@linford, fuelbox@ehb and taste@ehb.
University Souvenirs
imago Services offers a wide range of Souvenirs which will be on sale on Graduation Day in Victory Hall.
Souvenirs include:
- Accessories (Caps, Keyrings, Wine, Cuff Links, Clocks, Ties, Teddy Bears etc.)
- Crockery and China (Cups, Mugs and Souvenir Plates)
- Crystal & Glassware (Paper weights, Glasses, Bowls and Decanters)
- Collectables (Limited edition Hazlerigg Hall Print, Fine crafted plaque etc.)
- All souvenirs can be viewed on-line.
Souvenir DVD
The University is producing a Souvenir DVD of your Degree Ceremony. This will show each student receiving their degree award from the Chancellor.
The DVD also includes views of the University campus, academic buildings and residence halls together with the Degree Congregation, including shots of the academic procession and speeches. The DVD makes an ideal souvenir of your Degree Day - to keep or to give as a gift to family and friends.
The Souvenir DVD cost £15 each, including VAT and delivery to any address in the United Kingdom. Please allow 14 days for delivery.
Copies of the DVD may be purchased from the Design and Print Services. Alternatively you may purchase a DVD on the day of the ceremony at Victory Hall, which is close to the location of the Graduation Ceremony.
