Information for Residents of Nigeria and Ghana *

Applicants who are permanent residents of Nigeria

All applications from permanent residents of Nigeria for Full-time Postgraduate Taught programmes* sent directly to Loughborough University will be referred to our representative, British Canadian International Education (BCIE) before being considered by the University. This will necessitate the sharing of all applicant data with BCIE.   

Applicants who are referred to, or apply via, BCIE  will receive the University’s decision, made after assessment against our academic entry criteria, from BCIE.  BCIE can provide applicants with University information, application forms, help with the application process and advise on the procedure involved in obtaining a visa. If you have any questions about this application process, please feel free to contact either the Postgraduate Taught Admissions Office (pgtaught@lboro.ac.uk), or the BCIE Office in Ikeja

Please note that applicants who apply directly to BCIE will be charged a fee by BCIE. However, applicants who apply directly to Loughborough University and are then referred to BCIE will not be charged a fee.

* Applications for programmes in the departments of Civil and Building Engineering and WEDC can also apply directly to Loughborough University. Applications for these departments made directly to the University will NOT be sent to BCIE.
