Apply Online
The most efficient method of applying for admissions to postgraduate programmes is by using our online application form. This system will enable the Postgraduate Taught Admissions Office to process applications at maximum efficiency thereby providing a high level of service to both individual applicants and admissions staff in departments.
If you wish to submit your application online please read the following important information first:
- The application form. Please ensure that all sections of the form are completed correctly.
- Documentary Evidence. Please make sure that we receive copies of your transcripts and any other relevant documents. These can be sent by mail, fax or email (scanned images) using our contact details. We will be unable to process your application until we receive these documents and your application may be withdrawn if they are not received within two months.
- Change of address. You will need to inform us of any change in your contact details including your email address. This is extremely important from May onwards when all successful applicants are sent documents concerning their registration and arrival at the University.
- Educational qualifications.
- The University will need evidence of all relevant documents relating to educational qualifications, a decision about your application will not be made until this evidence has been received.
- If you have a transcript of degree results as well as a degree certificate, please include both.
- If your transcript and degree certificate are not in English please include an official translation.
- References:
- The names and addresses, (and where possible email addresses) of two referees are needed.
- Please make sure that the persons you give as your referees are willing and able to provide a reference for you.
- Please submit two references together with your application form. The references should be in sealed envelopes, with the referee’s signature across the seal to ensure origin and confidentiality.
- English language qualifications:
- You will need an acceptable English Language qualification before you can register for a programme at Loughborough University. A full list of the qualifications acceptable to the University, which includes O-level English Language or GCSE English Language - Grade C or above, can be found at http://lboro.ac.uk/admin/ar/international/prospective/englishlang/pgt/index.htm
