No, the commitment deposit is non-refundable except if your visa application is refused and you are unable to enter the United Kingdom. If this occurs we will refund the commitment deposit but will deduct an administrative charge of £250. In order to apply for a refund you will need to inform us, in writing, that your visa application has been refused and send us a certified copy of your official “Refusal of Entry Clearance” document by 31st December 2012 We will also require written evidence of the original payment as refunds can only be paid to the account from where it originated. In no other circumstances will the deposit be refunded.
4) What will happen if I no longer want to take up my place or my financial or personal circumstances prevent me from doing so?
