Vehicle Test Week at MIRA
MIRA week, our part C vehicle test week is taking place from 12th to 16th December 2011. The event takes place at the Motor Industry Research Association (MIRA) proving ground, near Nuneaton. There will be 55 students taking part in 6 real vehicle experiments including ISO drive-by-noise of a Lotus Evora and shape optimisation of a Jaguar XF in MIRA’s full scale wind tunnel. This week represents a unique opportunity for our students to experience real world testing and the time pressure associated with industrial applications.
